Bring on the Boos! The Paper Players Challenge PP759

October 12, 2025

It's Sunday and time for a new challenge at The Paper Players.

The amazing Elizabeth has a fun color challenge for all of us. It screamed Halloween to me, but you can create any type of card with these colors.  So get creative and have fun!

I found this purple cobweb paper in my stash and added it on a black card base.  I used water color paper and distress inks to created the martini drink and olives.  The dies to cut out all of these pieces are from Spellbinders.  Olive Martinis Sketch Dies  and Boos Cocktails Etched Dies were combined.  It is time consuming to cut all the pieces, but I think it is so worth the effort.  My Martini loving friend, Pam will love this card.  The sentiment is from a retired Stampin Up set that I kept in my stash.

Sunday Stamps Challenge SSC371

October 12, 2025

It's time for a new challenge at Sunday Stamps

Deb has a fun sketch challenge for all of us.  You need a trio of "items" for this one.  Have fun and get creative.  We look forward to seeing your creations.

My card is created on a black card base.  I added a fun piece of DSP cut with a scalloped die on top of the base.  The witches hat are from Simon Says Stamp If the Hat Fits Stamp Set.  I colored them with Copic Markers and fussy cut them.  The sentiment was added to complete the card.

Got Candy? The Paper Players Challenge PP758

 October 5, 2025

It's Sunday and time for a new challenge at The Paper Players.

I am the hostess this week and I have a very fun Theme Challenge for you!  I love Halloween, so I thought it would be fun to create a card with Halloween costumes.  I love when the Trick or Treaters come to my house and seeing the excitement on a child's face when they can be a character they love for the day is so special!  So have fun and get creative!

Trick or Treating is all about candy and costumes.  I added some fun Halloween paper on top of a black background.  I stamped the Lovely Legs set by Colorado Craft Company on white card stock and colored the image with Copic Markers.  I backed it with a black rectangle.  The sentiment was heat embossed in white on black card stock. I added two green enamel dots to complete the card.
